A dental visit, slowed down — and done right.
BrightSmile was founded by Dr. Anum Pervez in 2010 after eight years studying and practising in the United States. She came back to Karachi convinced that what most local clinics lacked was not equipment but pace — appointments rushed in 15 minutes, sterilisation cut corners, treatment plans verbal and unclear.
Today the clinic has three operatories, two senior dentists (one paediatric specialist), modern digital X-ray, intraoral cameras, an autoclave that gets logged daily. We see roughly 35 patients a day across two shifts and most have been with us for years.

Fillings, root canals & crowns
Composite resin fillings (no amalgam), single-visit root canals on most teeth, zirconia and porcelain crowns scanned and milled. Photographed before-and-after, fully written treatment plan.
Orthodontics (braces & aligners)
Comprehensive treatment planning by a US-trained orthodontist. Conventional fixed appliances or clear aligners depending on the case. Free initial consultation including 3D scan.
Cosmetic dentistry
In-office laser whitening, e.max porcelain veneers, composite bonding for chips and gaps. We always show you a digital smile preview before any irreversible work.
Dental implants
Single-tooth implants and full-arch rehabilitation. Genuine Straumann or Nobel implants only — never the cheap-import implants we see fail at 4 years. CBCT-planned, surgical guide where indicated.
Paediatric dentistry
Dedicated paediatric specialist. Calm, paced appointments, behaviour-management techniques, sealants, fluoride, fillings under nitrous-oxide where appropriate. Parents welcome in the room.
