<p>Twice a year for adults with no current issues. Quarterly if you have gum disease, are mid-orthodontics, or are a smoker. Annually for kids from age 3.</p>

<p>Yes — we run two shifts: morning (10am–2pm) and evening (5pm–9pm) Monday to Saturday. Sundays closed for staff and equipment maintenance.</p>

<p>Yes — our paediatric specialist sees patients from age 2.5 onwards. First visit is "fun-only" (no work, just acclimatisation) for kids under 4.</p>

<p>To ADA / international standards: instruments autoclaved between every patient, daily autoclave biological-test logging, single-use disposables for everything practical (gloves, masks, plastic shields, suction tips). The log book is on the front desk for any patient to review.</p>

<p>After examination we hand you a written treatment plan with cost line-by-line. Nothing irreversible begins without your signed approval. If we discover something else mid-treatment, we stop and update the plan in writing.</p>

<p>We bill several major Pakistani insurers directly (TPL, Allianz EFU, Adamjee). For other insurers we provide itemised receipts you can submit. We never inflate prices for insured patients.</p>
